As fishermen, we spend many hours outdoors and therefore are inevitably exposed to the sun and its harmful UVA and UVB rays.
To raise awareness of the dangers of overexposure to the sun, we began working with a professional pharmaceutical company to develop our own high-strength sunscreen designed specifically with fishermen in mind.
Korda Factor 50+ High Protection Sunscreen uses an advanced, dermatologically tested formula that provides water-resistant protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays, and is the same formula supplied to the NHS, MOD and RNLI to name a few.
The formula, available in a 50 ml pack, is unscented but is instead enriched with vitamin E.
As part of Korda 's ongoing support of cancer charities, 100% of profits from the sale of sunscreen are donated to the charity.
