If the customer cancels the order, or if Pagliarini SRL rejects the order, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account. Order cancellation is possible until the order is ready for shipment. If transaction cancellation is requested, Pagliarini SRL cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages resulting from a delay in the release of the amount committed by PayPal.
