Pagliarini SRL can also accept orders from within Europe. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated in your cart, and payment options include bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Orders can be cancelled up until the order is processed, which occurs with the issuance of the shipping document or invoice/receipt.

Attention
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or information, must be immediately reported by writing a WRITTEN INSPECTION RESERVATION (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVATION, e.g., "punctured packaging," "crushed packaging," etc.) on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's delivery receipt has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external appearance of the goods delivered. Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery by fax or registered AR If the goods stored at the courier's warehouse are not collected within 5 working days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be returned to Pagliarini SRL. Once the courier's delivery receipt has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external appearance of the goods delivered. Pagliarini SRL reserves the right to request additional documentation from the customer to prove the actual damage.
