Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code ( D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via an explicit declaration (e.g., by email).
Return Procedure
To initiate the return process, contact us at info@pagliarinifishing.it, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and complete with all original accessories.
Reimbursement
Once we receive and verify the return, we will refund the amount paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return.
The shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Returned Product Conditions
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in the refund if the products show signs of use or damage. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal: Some products are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as established by Italian law, including:
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
- Customized or tailor-made products based on customer needs.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, you are entitled to repair or replacement at no additional cost, or, if this is not possible, a full or partial refund.
