PTFE SPINNER SWIVEL is a swivel for the Spinner Rig setup.
One of the fundamental principles of the spinner rig, as the name suggests, is that the hook must be free to spin and engage in the carp's mouth. The more freely it spins, the greater the chance of a hook, and this is exactly what you get with the PTFE Spinner Swivel.
This version is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to have less metal on their spinner. By eliminating the metal ring that is part of the swivel, it will be less invasive.
This size 11 swivel is designed specifically for this rig and can be used with a variety of hooklink materials just like our standard version. The hook can be easily added or removed from the swivel, and the hooklink is covered with a kicker to keep everything in place. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid material, making it perfect for coating swivels as it reduces friction between the barrel and the eye. They are sold in packs of eight.
The ring swivel is also available.
