PTFE DOUBLE RING SWIVEL is a swivel with a double ring.
Korda 's size 11 Double Ring Swivels were developed to provide maximum flexibility when using a helicopter rig. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating is a synthetic polymer with one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid. This makes it the perfect coating for our swivels as it reduces friction between the body and the eye of the swivel, allowing them to rotate freely and reducing tangles.
The extra ring helps reduce tangles.
