New Sonubaits groundbait from the So Natural range!
This dark mix is perfect for use on the pole or feeder on canals or during the winter, it is a very fine groundbait with lots of very finely ground and sifted hemp seeds which creates a fairly slow acting, dormant groundbait with low feed levels that binds well.
It can also be used to darken any other So Natural mix.
This has found particular favour with canal fishermen and has led to numerous victories on various canals across the UK and Europe.
Steve Saunders (England Under-18s Manager) says " This is a great mix for the channels because it goes well and doesn't carry a lot of feed, you can control exactly what you're putting in. It binds well so whatever you mix with it you can be sure that if you feed a ball it will sink and take all the feed with it. "
Mixing Instructions:
So Natural Black is simple to mix: empty the 1kg bag of groundbait into a round bucket, fill a 1 litre maggot tub with water, pour it over the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then leave it to stand for 30 minutes, during which time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait.
So, for best results, sift the groundbait to eliminate any lumps and create a uniform consistency, and it's ready to use.
When fishing, the sun and wind can dry out the groundbait a little. To counteract this, you can cover the groundbait with a damp towel, or if it dries out, simply add a little more water and mix again.
