This is perhaps the foulest smelling groundbait we have ever made!
We wanted to create a groundbait that had a truly fishy aroma and contained high levels of quality fishmeal and other ingredients to make this bait stand out from the crowd. This groundbait contains real dehydrated fish to really intensify the flavor.
Chunky Fish has been designed through months of testing, tweaking and further testing to perfectly adapt to a wide range of fishing situations, while keeping the bait's effectiveness as high as possible.
In the colder months, Chunky Fish is a great way to add a little extra fishmeal to your groundbait mix. Try mixing it with Supercrumb Black Lake or Supercrush Expander when fishing for rudd and F1.
In the summer months, Chunky Fish is a great groundbait for big fish. Mix a 2kg bag with two pints of water for the perfect mix. This strong-smelling groundbait really excels when used as a groundbait for large carp.
Mixing Guidelines:
Chunky Fish is easy to mix. For best results, empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill it with water in a 2-pint tub, pour it over the groundbait and mix well, then let it sit for 30 minutes, during which time the water will absorb into the groundbait. Then, for best results, remove any lumps and create a uniform consistency, pass the groundbait through a sieve, and it's ready to be added to a feeder.
When fishing in the sun, the groundbait can dry out a bit. To combat this, you can cover the groundbait with a damp towel, or if it dries out, simply add a little water and mix again.
