The new range of Open End Feeders developed by Nufish has been named “Smooth Hound.” In English, this term indicates the name of a small shark, and it seems obvious that they were named this way for the strange shape of the lead attached to the frame, which resembles the silhouette of this predator of European seas. It has a trapezoidal shape that performs a rapid vertical descent to the bottom, but also and above all precise long-distance casts, without annoying fluttering. It's left to chance. The swivel attachment is flexible and certainly durable, and the range of sizes and weights is minimal yet comprehensive for our waters. The solid plastic Open End models have teardrop-shaped water inlets, and regardless of their size, there are always seven of them, carefully calibrated to ensure proper water soaking time for the load, optimizing its release to the bottom, without any mid-water dispersion. They are produced in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large, with weights of 20, 30, and 45g for the Small models and 30, 45, and 60g for the Medium and Large models.
