Completely new patented design of the Lead Clip with Tube!
It locks and holds the tube securely inside the clip, preventing it from slipping along the fishing line as can happen with other clips.
When using a tube to hold the line to the bottom or to protect the sides of the fish, it is essential that the tube does not move upwards during the fight, otherwise the line could lift the scales and cause injury to the fish.
The tube clip ensures the tube stays in place.
It features a side window that allows access to the inside to insert a locking insert (witches hat) onto the main line, which is then pushed into the tube.
Once the window is closed, a pin system locks both the swivel and the tube, preventing any movement.
The rubber closure is precisely designed to allow the lead to release in the event of a snag, but unlike standard clips, the tube will not be dragged along the line when the lead is released.
