It's notable that the Aero X1 rods are built on full carbon blanks, rather than composites like other rods in the same price range. This makes them so light, well-balanced and responsive. Like their more expensive siblings in the Aero range, all rods have actions tailored to suit feeder fishing. The addition of Diaflash to the lower section of the blank increases casting accuracy and casting power, ideal for playing larger fish. All models come with two interchangeable tips of varying strength to cover different conditions. The rods feature a hooded screw-type DPS reel seat, mounted on a premium ergonomic EVA handle. Further enhancing the quality look and feel, Shimano Hardlite guides have been selected to get the best out of the carbon blanks. To complete the look and efficiency, the rod is finished with a hook keeper.
