Marker Braid, a small diameter braid, has been designed to allow you to cast a marker and explore the lake bottom reaching the maximum distances allowed by the rod in use!
It is a non-elastic braid and therefore able to transmit the sensations of the seabed to the marker rod, and since it is buoyant, once the right spot is found it helps ensure that the marker will return to the surface.
Dark green in colour, it camouflages itself when probing the seabed whether used with or without a marker.
Marker Braid is durable, which is essential given the frequency with which you will have to cast and retrieve markers, dragging them through seaweed and other obstacles, and it also allows you to create very strong knots.
Due to the small diameter and breaking strain of only 20 lb/9 kg, a 30 lb/13.6 kg Arma-Kord shockleader must be used to avoid frapping.
Each spool contains 300m of braid.
