These hooks were developed in collaboration with Japanese hook market leader Gamakatsu and designed by our Pole Position product team.
This has led to hooks that accelerate in strength, design and most importantly sharpness.
The Snagster can be used in almost any situation and is a signature hook pattern within the Pole Position hook range.
The combination of a long, slightly recessed point (with micro barb) and a medium-long shank make this hook extremely aggressive.
The wire used is very thick to ensure that the hook does not bend even in the most difficult circumstances.
This is the ideal hook for river fishing and for fishing near obstacles thanks to its excellent hold.
By using ready-made kickers or a small piece of heat-shrink tubing, if the carp sucks in, it will spin even faster!
