It's interesting to know how these baits were born. In the CC Moore Team England, an expert angler, Garet Faeham, stood out during a company meeting with a phrase: "I have invented the best blend of flavours ever, with which I will find it easier to catch carp in winter as in all other seasons!" Ian Moore, director of CC Moore & Co Ltd, wanted to give this team member a chance and gave him a trial period to see if he could get any results. In short, after a few periods these baits had brought in countless carp when other boilies failed. Further trials followed and some improvements were made by the CC Moore laboratory team, resulting in a complete bait that is still responsible for many sensational strikes throughout Europe. Their effectiveness is based on a powerful blend of fruity attractors and stimulators that define unprecedented results thanks also to the choice of Hi-Viz colours, absolutely highly attractive to the largest carp. So to simplify the concept, the Northern Specials baits have the same fruity flavour, but only the colour has changed: they are available in Fluorescent Pink, Fluorescent Yellow, Fluorescent Red and Fluorescent White (always with the same aroma!). A Northern Specials Booster (50ml) is available to moisten the baits and increase their irresistible effect on carp, and a Northern Specials Enhancer (250ml) to also moisten stick mixes, boilies, pellets and anything else you can think of, making your baits foolproof.
