KRIMPING TOOL SMALL is a pliers for crimping small terminals, ideal for storing in small parts boxes.
Crimping is a great way to achieve clean, strong connections, especially when using stiffer and/or thicker materials that can be difficult to tie effectively. It also allows you to consistently achieve the desired length of the hooklink, which is especially useful for chod rigs. Getting it right when crimping something so it doesn't slip or weaken the material is always a concern, but the Mini Krimp Tool alleviates this problem as it's specifically designed for use with the three sizes of Krimps we sell—the jaws are marked XS, S, and L to indicate the slot that should be used for each size. If the Krimps are matched to the appropriate hooklink diameter, the Mini Krimp Tool will allow you to create the perfect connection every time. It's made of mild steel with rubberized handles to provide a good grip and ensure the right amount of pressure is applied to the Krimp, and it also features a cutter in the jaws that is useful when tying rigs. The Mini Krimp Tool is very compact, so it fits easily into your tackle box or similar, but still gives you enough leverage to assemble the perfect krimp connection every time.
