LEADCORE LEADERS HELI SAFE is a ready-made leadcore with helicopter mount and Heli Safe clip.

The Heli-Safe system is exceptional for use with any helicopter rig, whether you're using a conventional rig or a Chod, and is now available on Kable leadcore and ready to use straight out of the pack. These leadcore leaders are 1m long, making them perfect for lying flat on the lake bed and protecting fish from line damage during the fight, but not so long as to negatively impact casting. Not only is this a brilliant anti-tangle system, but it's also very safe for fish as it incorporates the Mini Heli-Safe System—a more compact version of the original—which ensures the lead releases whenever necessary. It also incorporates our No-Trace safety system, which allows the leader to easily slide off the leader in the event of a break in the main line. Each pack contains two spare No-Trace beads (these can also be purchased separately when needed). The top rubber of the No-Trace safety system can be positioned close to the lead when fishing on a clean lakebed, or moved to the other end of the leader when fishing over weed or debris, especially with Chods. The Mini Heli-Safe can be used in different ways depending on the fishing situation. With the standard spring, the lead releases with minimal pressure, ensuring it is released during the fight, which is excellent when fishing in thick weed. Alternatively, you can use the red spring (two supplied), designed for generally snag-free waters and weed when you want the lead to be released only if it gets snagged. Another option is to add the plastic collar (two supplied) to ensure that the lead is never released, but if it breaks, the fish can still free itself thanks to the No-Trace Safety System. Using a QC Ring Swivel of size 1000 is a great option. 11 allows for quick and easy rig changes, and a loop at the end makes it easy to attach to the main line—the loop-to-loop system is the easiest and fastest. Kable Heli-Safe Leadcore leaders are available in Gravel Brown or Weed/Limo, two per pack, and also come with: 2 spare No-Trace beads, 2 Mini Heli-Safe collars, and 2 red Mini Heli-Safe springs.
