The characteristics of invisibility, stiffness and low stretch have been kept unchanged, while abrasion resistance and knot strength have even improved.
The Monster, stiffer than the Finesse, is dedicated to fishing situations where abrasion resistance is a fundamental characteristic, therefore used as a shock leader on the reel or as a fluorocarbon for terminals.
The Brave Monster is also spooled with the exclusive DPLS parallel line system.
