AVENTUS FEEDER ROD are high-end feeder rods, suitable for all fishing situations.
The 11-foot model in the Aventus range is an incredibly popular length for all types of fishing. Built to Tackle Guru specifications by Daiwa in their renowned UK facilities using the highest quality Japanese carbon and the latest rod technology.
Although it is only 11 feet long, you only have to try it for a cast or two to see its capabilities.
Two-piece, folds in half for use in a Fusion rod bag. Comes with three replacement glass tips: 1 oz, 1.5 oz, and 2 oz. The rod has a casting weight of 80 g.
Like the entire Aventus range, this rod is capable of handling all situations. It's ideal for carp fishing on commercial waters, when big fish and heavy weights are at stake, and it's equally suited to catching skimmers and F1s in winter, or silverfish in natural venues.
A crisp, progressive action means the rod has plenty of power when needed, while retaining a fish-playing action that prevents fish pulls.
The rod is equipped with oversized, bulletproof Fuji Alconite K guides, which are super strong and designed to prevent breakage and tangles. All guides are strategically placed to give the rod the perfect compression, casting performance, and catching action.
A Grade A cork handle is ultra-comfortable and durable, with an Armlock design for maximum fish control. Finished with a Fuji DPS reel seat.
The rod butt is completed with a custom Guru EVA contoured grip, with finger moulds to aid hand placement on the cast, allowing you to easily achieve maximum compression, distance and accuracy!
A key feature is the length of the handles: longer than usual, again to aid distance and accuracy. The longer handle provides more leverage and power, helping anglers cast more accurately and further.
A unique and fundamental resource for the Aventus project is Zero 90 carbon technology. This process involves double-layering carbon fibers in different directions, from zero to 90 degrees. Once hardened, this gives the rods longitudinal strength, recovery, and action. The tubular shape of any fishing rod deforms when compressed. Zero 90 technology allows us to control this deformation, preventing the loss of energy and accuracy, while maintaining the cylindrical structure for greater casting power and accuracy.
