Spool braid with excellent sinkability!
The biggest problem with many braided lines is that they don't sink very well.
While this can be an advantage in some situations, when it really matters, Korda 's SUB Braid is the perfect solution.
SUB Braid sinks incredibly well without compromising the intrinsic characteristics of traditional braided lines, including the absence of elasticity which offers greater sensitivity when the lead touches the bottom and also the possibility of probing the bottom with the rod instead of recovering the marker every time.
Although it is thicker than other braided lines, it is precisely this characteristic that gives it good sinking, resistance and durability, with excellent performance even during casting.
As with any braided line, it works best when used in conjunction with a cast leader, leadcore or tubing to prevent the line from coming into direct contact with the fish.
It is available in 450 m or 1,200 m spools in SUB green, a colour designed to blend in with the seabed, in the following breaking strains: 15 lb/6.8 kg (0.30 mm) and 20 lb/9 kg (0.34 mm).
