FAT ROASTED SOYBEAN is an ingredient for the production of boilies.
Dosage: max. 40%
Soybeans contain 18% fat and 43-49% protein. Soybean meal is by far the most important source of plant-based protein. The well-soaked gelatin meal is roasted at 110 degrees Celsius for half an hour, thus eliminating trypsin inhibitors.* This roasting process has a beneficial effect and imparts a delicious aroma. It's essential in good recipes, as it provides a good amino acid profile and is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Furthermore, Roasted Full Fat Soybeans have pleasant turning properties.
* Trypsin is an enzyme that breaks down nutrient proteins into smaller substances (amino acids). These amino acids are incorporated into the blood to form new proteins.
