POP UP MIX - WHITE is a mix for producing pop up baits for carp fishing.

Ready-to-use pop-up mix based on milk protein, available in bright white, neon orange, neon pink, and natural. Because fluoro mixes provide greater visibility, the plain mix will give a washed-out look that could entice very wary carp.

This mix is very easy to roll and has great buoyancy. The finished baits will retain their buoyancy for at least 24 hours, are firm but still spongy, and will release all the attractants for a prolonged period.
You can mix in about 10-15% of other dry ingredients/additives to create unique pop-ups, preferably light ingredients/extracts such as GLM full fat, liver powder, keramin, powdered flavors, sweetener, amino acids, shrimp meal, etc. Alongside this, you can use any type of liquid, as long as it's not too heavy.

If very hard pop-ups are needed, it is recommended to add approximately 5% egg white.
Do not use bulk oils such as hemp oil and salmon oil in pop-ups.

see instructions below.

For use in baits/baits only, not for human/animal consumption.

General instructions for pop-up mix:

1. Crack the desired amount of eggs into a bowl and add your chosen flavorings/liquids and preservatives (about 15 ml per egg) and blend thoroughly. To start, use 1 or 2 eggs until you achieve a certain consistency with the mix; like anything, it's a little trial and error to start until you get used to the Pop Up mix.

2. Add a little of the powder to the eggs and liquids, stirring until you get a very thick consistency like soup.

3. Gradually add the powder until it reaches a dough-like consistency that barely sticks to your hands and feels moist.

4. Leave the dough ball in a plastic bag for about 30 minutes

5. Create balls of the required size.

6. Bring a pot of water to a boil and reduce the heat to medium, just below boiling (important to reduce swelling).

7. Cooking times over medium heat vary slightly depending on the size of the bait you've rolled. We recommend 1.5 to 2.5 minutes, depending on the size and quantity. Adding too many baits at once can reduce the boiling water temperature, as generally about 20-30 baits will suffice at once.

8. Once the baits have been boiled, place them on a towel or paper towel and let them dry and cool.

9. It's important to note that the drying/airing time depends on the time of year. Winter times tend to be longer than summer periods due to the extra humidity in the air. Let the baits dry completely on a clothesline in a dry place for about 3 days in summer and about 5 days in winter, depending on the temperature, humidity, and ventilation.

For wafter production, it is recommended as a guideline to use approximately 15-25% pop up mix with 85-75% base mix.
