The Strongbow has a very popular shape, which we have perfected; the stem is slightly bent, but not too much.
This is the secret to ensuring that the carp's mouth is not damaged during the fight.
It can be used in many situations and can be seen as a distinctive hook pattern within the Pole Position hook range.
The combination of a very long, straight point (with micro barb) and a slightly bent, short shank makes this hook extremely penetrating.
The wire used is very thick to ensure that the hook will not open even in the most difficult circumstances.
A stem extension, using a line aligner, is not necessary, but can be used.
